TENDER NOTICE - IRL - DUBLIN: AIR CHARTER AND ANCILLARY SERVICES AS PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES

SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR TENDERS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPLY CHARTERED AIRCRAFT AND ANCILLARY SERVICES FOR REPATRIATION OF PERSONS WITH OUT PERMISSION TO REMAIN IN IRELAND (2005 - 2007).

The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform invites tenders for the supply of Air Charter and Ancillary Services to the stated specification, in accordance with Contract Notice Ref. 04/S 253-219241/EN published on 23 December 2004 in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities, from qualified and duly certified EEA/North American carriers including recognised national flag carriers/operators, for use by An Garda Síochána  in the return by air to other countries of persons without permission to remain in the State.
