Religious and Volunteer Workers

The Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform is currently reviewing the policy in relation to religious and volunteer workers and when that process is completed the terms and conditions governing this category of temporary workers will be updated on this webpage.

Currently all applications for permission to remain on the basis of working for a religious or voluntary organisation are being looked at on a case by case basis.
