Immigration and Citizenship (Operations) Division is responsible for the implementation of policy in relation to the admission of non EEA nationals to the State, their residence in the State, for applications for permission to remain in the State referred from the Garda National Immigration Bureau and the granting where appropriate of Irish citizenship.
