Re-Entry Visa Applicants: Important Information

Please be aware that the Visa Public Office is experiencing an unprecedented surge in applications for Re-entry Visas at the present time.

The volume of applicants is currently exceeding the amount of tickets available each day, and unfortunately we are forced to turn away customers as a result.

We would ask those who are not travelling in the near future to assist us in coping with this surge in applications by either making their application by post, or attending the public office at a later date.

We are currently processing postal applications within 10 working days.

Both those attending the public office and applying by post are asked to assist us by ensuring that the correct documents are provided with their application. Our requirements are outlined on the back of our application form. If you do not provide the correct documents, either by post or in the public office, we cannot give you a re-entry visa.

It is anticipated that this situation is the result of a temporary seasonal increase. In the event of a change to the current situation, this notice will be updated accordingly. We regret any inconvenience caused to customers of the visa office.
