You cannot be a long stay tourist in Ireland

You cannot visit Ireland for tourism for longer than 3 months, except for young people on the Working Holiday Programme.

Working Holiday Programme

The Working Holiday Programme allows young people to combine temporary work with an extended holiday in Ireland, for up to 1 year.

Only those from certain countries can apply and places are limited.
