The link to Supported Countries should be checked to see if the country in which you are residing (and currently located) is one which accepts online applications. If it is listed you must make your visa application online.
For people who are already in Ireland and wish to apply for a Re-Entry Visa, you must complete a Re-Entry Visa Application Form which is available on www.inis.gov.ie. Online applications for this category of visa cannot be accepted.
