Importing Marine Pyrotechnics, Pyrotechnic Articles and Deemed Substances

To apply to import the following, you need to complete the Application Form to Import Deemed Explosives other than Fireworks (Microsoft Word – 36KB):

• marine pyrotechnics, for example, distress smoke, flares
• pyro-breakers, industrial pyrotechnics and so on
• deemed substances which are treated as explosives for control purposes, for example, ammonium nitrate, sodium chlorate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate and nitrobenzene
