This Report represents the findings of a value for money review carried out in the Equality Authority. The period under review is 2006 to 2008 inclusive, to coincide with the Equality Authority’s Strategic Plan of that timeframe. The core elements of the Review were undertaken in late 2008/early 2009.

The Department of Justice and Equality carries out value for money/expenditure reviews across a range of divisions/offices as part of its normal financial management processes. The reviews are conducted in accordance with Department of Finance guidelines.
