Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): The European Union Council Framework Decision 2008/919/JHA has been given effect to in Irish law by the Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences)(Amendment) Act 2015 which was passed by this House in May 2015. Question No. 127 answered with Question No. 99.
