Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): I can advise the Deputy that on 31 January, 2017 the number of non Irish nationals in custody was 492 of which 469 were Male and 23 were Female. This represents approximately 13% of the overall prison population for this day.
