Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): While I am happy to acknowledge the Deputy having raised the matters relating to this particular case, it would be inappropriate for me to make any comment on them as I understand that they continue to be sub judice as the case is before the President of the High Court.
