Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): The position in relation to the Sale of Alcohol Bill has not changed since my response to the parliamentary question referred to by the Deputy on 7 December 2016. The text of the Intoxicating Liquor (Amendment) Bill 2017, which is a Seanad Private Members' Bill, is being examined in my Department.
