Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): The Deputy will appreciate that the investigation of cases such as the one referred to is a matter for the Garda authorities in the first instance and I have no direct role in this regard. However, I have asked for a report on the case from the Garda authorities and when this is to hand I will contact the Deputy directly.
